Toasted Marshmallow Martini Recipe

Complete with a chocolate sauce and digestive biscuit rim, this cocktail is the perfect indulgent Christmas cocktail. Simple to make this Toasted Marshmallow Martini Recipe is guaranteed to transport you straight to the nearest campfire.


25ml of Vodka
50ml of Baileys Irish Cream
50ml of Milk
Chocolate Sauce and Digestive Biscuits, for garnish
A Toasted Marshmallow, for garnish

  1. Gently toast your marshmallow, this could be done over an open fire but if not place the marshmallow in a small saucepan and over a low heat gently toast
  2. Pour some chocolate syrup onto a plate and place some crushed biscuits onto a second plate
  3. Coat the glass rim in the chocolate sauce and immediately dip it into the crushed biscuits
  4. To stop the chocolate sauce from running place the glass into a fridge
  5. While the glass is chilling add the vodka, baileys, and milk to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  6. Shake the cocktail shaker until it’s cool to the touch
  7. Remove the glass from the fridge and strain the cocktail into the glass
  8. Finally, finish off your cocktail with the toasted marshmallow
